Summer is here and that means it is time to go to CHURCH CAMP! Camp Patmos is located up north in Hacknesack, MN. There are plenty of activities offered at the camp site and we are so excited to have you join us. Come and enjoy a weekend getaway with Elevate's friends & family.

Here are a few things you will want to bring to make your stay more enjoyable. Each cabin is heated and sleeps 8 persons and includes comfortable mattresses

  • Boys' and girls' bathhouses with private showers
  • Private swimming beach
  • Chapel

WHAT TO BRING

  • Sleeping bag or sheets and blankets
